Homeowners
Usually one visit
You have a garden that is not working, or a plan you want a second opinion on before you spend money on it. We walk it together and answer the practical questions: what is worth keeping, what will actually live in your conditions, why that one corner keeps dying, and where your water is going.
HOAs & Property Managers
One visit to start
You are paying for maintenance that is not delivering. We walk the property, watch how the crew is actually working, and tell you plainly what needs to change in irrigation, pruning and soil practice. We do not replace your landscape company. If the crew then needs retraining or regular monitoring, that continues under our Oversight service.
Landscape Maintenance Companies
One visit
You know the standards have moved and you want your crews working to them. One visit on site to look at water-wise practice, plant health, and the callbacks that keep repeating, so the work holds up and the client stays. Ongoing crew training is arranged under our Oversight service.

Two hours on site, $300
A homeowner consultation is one scheduled visit. Two hours, walking your property together, start to finish. You get straight answers standing in front of the problem, not a proposal in the mail three weeks later.
Two hours covers most Long Beach lots comfortably. Larger properties, or gardens where you want several areas worked through in detail, can book a second appointment. Visits are scheduled with drive time around them, so your two hours stay your two hours.
Properties more than about 10 miles from Long Beach carry a $100 travel fee, so a consultation there is $400.
The two hours are the visit itself. Anything you want in writing afterward, a plant list, notes or a sketch, is additional time at the same hourly rate, agreed with you before we start.
