Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, fill in a project questionnaire, or book an appointment, we collect what you enter. On the contact form that is your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number, project location, which service interests you, how you heard about us, and your message. A questionnaire also asks about your property, including its address, and what you want from the project; a booking records the appointment time you choose. We also record that you accepted our terms and the date and time you submitted the form. Browsing the site does not require an account.

How We Use It

We use your form submission for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and follow up about your landscape project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who Handles Your Information

A few trusted service providers process your form submission so we can receive and answer it:

• Supabase stores your submission in our secure database so we can review and respond to it.
• Resend sends us an email notification containing the details you submitted, so we see your message right away.
• Our customer management system may also receive a copy of your submission when one is connected, so we can track our conversation with you in one place.

The site itself is hosted on Vercel, and our fonts load from Adobe Fonts. Like any web host, these services receive standard technical information your browser sends when it requests a page, such as your IP address. We may also disclose information when required by law. Beyond that, we do not share your details with anyone.

How Long We Keep It

We keep form submissions in our database until we delete them, either as part of routine cleanup or because you ask us to. There is no automatic expiration, so if you would like your information removed, just tell us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us at any time. Email us at the address below and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another. We do not use these tools for advertising. Questionnaire answers are saved in your own browser as you go, so you can pick up where you left off; they reach us only when you submit. Two more things worth knowing about:

• Accessibility preferences. If you adjust settings in our accessibility widget, such as text size or contrast, your choices are saved in your own browser's local storage under the key rootnbranch-a11y so they stick between visits. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• Admin sign-in. Our team's private admin area uses secure authentication cookies from Supabase to keep team members signed in. These only apply if you log in to the admin area, which visitors cannot do.
