Tell us what needs watching. The questions change depending on whether this is a build or an ongoing arrangement, so you will only be asked what applies to you. If work has already started and is going badly, say so plainly. That is the most useful thing you can tell us. Please note we oversee residential work, including HOA and managed residential grounds, but not commercial installations.
